Auditorium and Sharp Program Shelter
The pastoral landscapes and vistas stretching across the rolling hills of the University of Tennessee Arboretum can create a picturesque setting for your program, meeting, workshop, or family event. Our auditorium features nearly 1,600 square feet of open floor space, a beautiful stone fireplace, and exposed Douglas fir roof beams, creating a rustic park-like experience. The building also has a small kitchen, restroom facilities, and an outdoor terrace area. Electricity, wireless communications, whiteboard/projection screen, and parking accommodations for approximately 75 cars are available at the site.

Regular Event Rentals
Monday-Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. except for University of Tennessee holidays, administrative closings, and internal scheduled field days or workshops. Sunday rentals are not available.

- Â Â Â Auditorium One-half Day (4 hours) – $400* + applicable taxes
- Â Â Â Auditorium Full Day (9 hours) – $600* + applicable taxes
- Sharp Program Shelter Only (Call for rates and availability: 865-483-7277)
- Â Â Â 50 percent deposit of rental rate is required at time of booking.
- 10 percent discount for currently enrolled University of Tennessee students or faculty and staff.
- Â Â Â 15 percent discount for UT Arboretum Society Members
